Seventeen Years of Holding Batch Tolerances Just as Tight.
Cakrawala Polimer was founded in 2009 in Karawang, growing from a small plastic recycling workshop into a resin and packaging supplier for dozens of manufacturers across Java and beyond.
From Small-Scale Regrind to a 40-Ton-per-Day Extrusion Line
In 2009, Cakrawala Polimer simply processed local industrial plastic waste into coarse regrind to resell. The quality consistency demands of our first client — a food packaging factory — pushed us to build our own QC laboratory in 2013, before comparable competitors did.
Since then our standards have never dropped: every batch, however small the order, goes through the same strict melt flow index testing and color calibration as a 10-ton order.
